Spooky season is creeping in! Very scary, and very busy. 👻

I’ll also be at this market benefiting Earlham Christmas Share! Each year, they provide Christmas presents for 500+ kids around Des Moines. Come grab some bread and support a wonderful cause! 🤍

Twenty-nine. New year. New era. No husbands. 💅🏼

I’M FINALLY DIVORCED! 🥂✨

And Krystal at REALM aesthetics gave me possibly the most fitting birthday gift ever, tattoo removal sessions. 🤭

There is something so liberating about a complete fresh start. A clean slate. Letting go of things that belonged to an old chapter and making room for everything that comes next.

AND I’ll be back at REALM aesthetics next Thursday with more goodies for their next Laser Model Training Day! 🥯☕️

Word on the street is October 1st will have a free coffee + bagel bar + FREE sauna sessions for anyone who comes to say hi. 👀💕

We’ll be there from 8am to 7pm, so come hang out, grab a bagel and coffee, and enjoy some sauna time with us! 🤍

Pumpkin spice and everything nice 🎃🥯

Sourdough pumpkin spice bagels are coming Saturday! Made with pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. They’re a little sweet, warmly spiced, and especially good toasted with whipped cream cheese.

I’ll have a limited quantity of these guys, along with apple crisp rolls and classic cinnamon rolls. Basically, Saturday is going to smell like fall. 🍂
