is a small home town business that specializes in creating the perfect cookie. From our signature Buffalo Chip (chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, coconut, oatmeal and walnut) to our new Northern Lights (maple granola, and dried cranberry, dipped in a maple frosting). Though you won't find anything so simple as a basic chocolate chip, or sugar cookie, once you try one of our cookies you'll forget about those anyway.

Excited to announce that smiling buffalo cookie co will be at the Mount Hood Farmers Market this year in Sandy OR! Come by this Friday June 13th 2-7pm for some 🍪🤎

Pictured first is Ebony & Ivory, by far my favorite a chocolate cookie with chocolate chips, cream cheese frosting and chocolate drizzle.

What I want people to know is that when you steal from a small business, you’re not stealing from a rich millionaire. You’re stealing from a young family with two babies living in a tiny apartment barely making ends meet just like you. You’re stealing the stash of Christmas bonuses we slowly set aside for our employees who work hard and go to college and have children on the way. You’re stealing what would have been our rent payment for the month. People often say “you have insurance for this”. They do not understand that insurance premiums go up from even one claim. That 99% of the time we have to pay for everything directly out of our own pockets. Not only is it a loss from what was in our safe, but we also have to pay for repairs throughout the building. I know that we are only one of many small businesses in Gresham hit by the vandalism and crime growing in our community. Many are in the same boat. I don’t know what the answer is, but please think all of the people you’re hurting when you go after a small business.
