A Little Announcement from Missy and Marie’s Cheesecakes

I have some bittersweet news to share. Missy and Marie’s Cheesecakes will be temporarily closing while I take on a new job position that recently came my way.

This was not an easy decision. I truly love making cheesecakes and getting to share something I’ve created with all of you. What started as something special has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of, and I am so thankful for every order, customer, recommendation, kind word, and person who has supported my little business.

But sometimes an opportunity comes along that you simply cannot turn down, and this is one of those opportunities.

Please know this is only a temporary closure, not a goodbye.

While I won’t be taking regular orders like I have in the past, you may still see occasional pop-up orders, school fundraisers, or special events from Missy and Marie’s Cheesecakes here and there. So keep an eye out, because you never know when I may open up orders for a special occasion.

I’m taking some time to focus on this new opportunity, but I hope that when the time is right, I’ll be able to bring Missy and Marie’s back in a bigger way.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your birthdays, holidays, celebrations, fundraisers, and special moments. Every cheesecake I made meant something to me because I knew it was going to someone who chose to support my small business.

I am incredibly grateful for every single person who has supported Missy and Marie’s Cheesecakes. This is simply a pause while I step into a new opportunity, and I hope it won’t be too long before I’m back in the kitchen again.
