What do you do when you have a college sophomore daughter and a college freshman niece that left for college today? You make plenty of cookies for them to put in the freezer and pull out a few at a time! One loves gingerbread and the other loves chocolate chip. Ended up making 2 dozen of each! Let me know if you are need of baking for back to school teacher gifts, etc.

Another 7 Dozen cookies done all by 8:30 am this morning! I have a dozen of chocolate chip, coconut cream cheese and cranberry white chocolate cream cheese ready to go if anyone needs any last minute boxes. Also can do an assortment. I may even have a dozen of egg nog cookies!

16 dozen assorted cookies done all in one day! Chocolate chip, eggnog, red velvet crinkle, coconut cream cheese and cranberry white chocolate cream cheese. I am now taking a break for tonight at least. Please let me know if you need any last minute gift boxes. I will be baking again tomorrow and Tuesday!
