Love + Sugar Artisan cookies made from scratch and decorated for any occasion. Located in Greenwood, MO (KCMO). My love for baking has been a life long passion. I was hooked!

Hello, my name is Morgan Crawford, the sole creator and baker at Love + Sugar. I am a 1st grade teacher by day and a one-woman cookie creator by night. However, everything changed one late night while on Instagram - I saw one single photo of a sugar cookie that blew me away. I had to know how something so amazingly decorated could be edible. I spent a year obsessing, following some of the cookie g

reats on social media, and I did my fair share of trial cookies (yes, I am 100% self taught). It took a family member’s baby shower to get me to step out and offer my cookie creations to others. From there it’s been a whirlwind of custom cookie orders for all occasions; birthdays, bridal and baby showers, weddings, sporting events, business logos and holidays. Most importantly all my creations are made with Love + Sugar.

Announcement:
To my amazing Customers, after lots of thought I have decided that I will not be taking custom orders for the foreseeable future. I am happy to announce that I will be headed back to the classroom in the fall here in the KC Metro. It will take me most of the summer to prepare my classroom and I really want to honor my time with my son, Max, before he starts daycare full-time. This was a very hard decision as I have put a lot of effort into acquiring new customers, and boy have I been blessed! You guys have been amazing and my business has grown so much! Love + Sugar is a small side business that I started out of a need for a creative outlet and I am so proud of the business it has become. It has been through the start of my marriage, the journey to conceive our son, years of coaching volleyball, and so much more. I know that at some point in the not-so-distant future I will be able to open my books back up for custom orders. I just need to take a step back to figure out life with a full-time job in a new district/state and toddler running around. I do plan to continue to offer Holiday Pre-sales and hope to start some classes in the fall. Thank you for sticking with me, Friends!

🍪DIY Cookie Kits🍪
I know that social distancing/being quarantined is hard! 🤪So, I put together some fun DIY Cookie Decorating Kits to enjoy with your kids while you are stuck at home! Each kit comes with 6 cookies, 3-6 icing bags, sprinkles, an instruction sheet and a inspiration card. Link is in my profile, pick up for this round is Sunday, April 5th 2-5pm, delivery is available too! I plan to share videos on my page of how I decorated the samples Monday, April 6th and will leave them up for the week. Remember this is just ONE example of how to decorate them - let your imagination run wild! I kept them pretty limited to make sure I have enough supplies.
