Seeking participants: UWM
Doctorate Student
This research study is seeking the following participants:
-Identify as Black/African American born in the USA
English speaking,
-Reports experiencing one (1) or more of the signs of
Perinatal Post-Traumatic Stress
Disorder:
-Intrusive memories
-Avoidance of reminders related to birth trauma
-Feelings of sadness, easily upset, lonely, and
-Will get upset easily or troubling to think about the experience
-Between the age of 18-36,
-Recently gave birth within the last 24 months and willing to share your childbirth experience
As outlined on the recruitment flyer whom self-report signs and symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder related to their birthing experience. If you are willing to be contacted, please complete the six short questions.
