🍰 Dopecakes Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Dopecakes, every order is made with love and custom-crafted just for you. Because of this, we kindly ask that you review and respect our policy before placing your order.
💳 Deposits & Payments
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and date.
• Your order is NOT confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Remaining balance must be paid before or at pickup/delivery (no exceptions).
📅 Cancellations
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before pickup/delivery:
➤ Deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments made (if applicable) may be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of pickup/delivery:
➤ No refunds will be issued.
➤ Ingredients, supplies, and time have already been committed to your custom order.
• Same-day or day-before cancellations:
➤ NO REFUNDS. NO CREDITS.
🔁 Order Changes
• Minor changes (flavor, color, wording) must be requested at least 5 days before pickup.
• Major design changes must be requested at least 7 days in advance and may result in additional charges.
• Changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
🚫 No-Shows
• Orders not picked up at the scheduled time without prior notice:
➤ No refunds or credits will be given.
➤ Dopecakes is not responsible for freshness once pickup time has passed.
🎄 Holidays & Peak Seasons
• Holiday orders (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.) are FINAL.
• NO cancellations, refunds, or changes during holiday or peak booking periods.
📦 Custom Orders
• All cakes, cupcakes, bento boxes, and treat boxes are custom-made.
• Custom orders are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
• Inspiration photos are guidelines only — final products may vary slightly.
📝 Agreement
By placing an order with Dopecakes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and refund policy.
