Baker's Way is well-positioned to grow coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic and looking to hire several high-energy, self-motivated leaders to grow with. The positions will provide sales and profitability incentives.
Positions available include both part-time and full-time roles and for those seeking overtime hours that is available as well. Key roles are:
- Bread production (mixing, forming, baking): prior experience a plus
- Catering: ingredient ordering, side and sandwich prep, sandwich making
- Packing and delivery: bread slicing and bagging, driving
Candidates can partake in as few or as many of the above roles as they'd like to see where the perfect fit is. We are a small team that works hard with all team members reaping the benefits of a fast-growing company.
Ability for immediate start.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
COVID-19 considerations:
Bakery only open to wholesale and order-ahead customers during COVID. Retail operations remain shut.
