Colombian/Italian fusion dinner at was a success! Had a lot of fun with creating this menu!

- Yuca arancini. Chontaduro/honey sauce
- Caprese salad. Colombian cheese. Pesto
- Sweet plantain ravioli. Hogao/coconut sauce
- Tamarind/panela glazed pork belly. Mushroom risotto
- Colombian coffee tiramisu. Coffee and hazelnut crunch.

We have great things coming and I am looking forward to share it with this wonderful community!

2024 was an extraordinary year!
Bringing Modelo Private Dining to life would not have been possible without the unwavering support of this incredible community.

This holiday season, I’ll be traveling back to my beloved Colombia to reconnect, gather inspiration, and, of course, discover amazing food to bring back to you. I’m so excited for what 2025 has in store—rest assured, it will be filled with unforgettable flavors and culinary adventures!
