We’re excited to be part of the fun and will have Bakery Bros cookies out there while supplies last. If you’re heading to the event, come by and see us!

Just a reminder. One week from this Saturday. If you have a truck, car, boat, tractor, etc that you would like to bring just call us or come by and let us know.

Tomorrow at 9:00 AM, we honor the brave souls who sacrificed for our freedom.

• Push-Up Contest kicks off at 9:05 AM - arrive by 8:55 AM to sign up!

• Open Workout follows, open for all levels!

It’s a free event for community members and non-members too!

We will have our delicious protein donuts post-workout, and don’t miss out on samples from Bakery Bros
