Naked Pasta Naked Pasta hand makes pasta, ravioli, lasagna, sauces, and more, sourcing local first. At Naked Pasta, we source local first. (Except the elk and bison.

We make all of our pasta, ravioli, lasagna, sauces, and more in-house in small batches for a restaurant quality meal you can make at home. We believe that you should know where your food comes from and that is why we partner with local farmers who we are proud to call friends. Our pasta is made with a blend of American semolina wheat flour and Italian 00 wheat flour with local, free range, pastured eggs from Sharon Hill Farms. We use fresh vegetables in both our dough and fillings and all of our meats are sourced from local farms. We can't find those guys locally.) The charred lemon lends a nice bitterness to the whipped ricotta and Tyger River Smart Farm, Inc. fresh basil makes a beautiful pasta dough to wrap it all up. Find them at the TD Saturday Market this weekend!
