The reason behind was to support my Children being a single mom..Had a passion for baking and creating since I was a child. I baked for my siblings, all nine of them. Moved several places, on a journey, from Greenville, South Carolina to Greensboro, North Carolina, Long Island, New york and finally at my destination, Greenville, South Carolina. I offer the same quality as I did every where I baked

. Wholesome, fresh, natural baked goods, with no additives and 100 percent organic. I will be offering my first Biscotti Cookbook, somewhere around October. The Premise, is to raise money for our beautiful children. A percentage will go to Mayfield, New York, where I had my first Public Bakery. Mondays are always hectic after resting on Sunday. My phone call yesterday excited me to where I experimented with many recipes I had in the back of my mind. Tomorrow I have a meeting with an Italian Lady that wants me to bake an "Italian Cookie Wedding Tree"
There are many ways to go about this, but, believe me, there are various regions of Italy just as any other Countries or even States of baking or cooking. This should be an education as well as a challenge for me. So, here we go. I baked these today. Just a few of the many cookies that will be at her daughter's wedding. Have a great night. Love you!!!

Busy week!!! Mailed Biscotti to 3 States! My son's Birthday is September 5th..I can't believe how the time has flown. HOW OLD?
I sent him some eggless peanutbutter balls, dipped in dark chocolate, a variety of biscotti! Eggless baked goods, turn out well. Just remember to moisten them well before baking. Store in freezer or glass jar!

Well "Lisa" what do you think about this cover. It was just put up and designed by my Favorite guy, well almost Scott, who designed this for me. It was the very first sign and what a sign that he designed for me. Being a designer yourself, I know you will give me some feedback on this. I like this original one. I had another one when I moved to Northville, New York, but this one is exactly my message.

Labor Day is approaching! Just be safe and enjoy the good time's. Dessert is very important especially to the Italian Culture. We do not bake with much sugar and our ingredients have to be fresh. No preservatives at all. The shelf life of each product, depending on what it is, is only about 2 or 3 days for desserts(with cream and refrigerated) Biscotti can freeze well. I recommend wrapping them in parchment paper and bagging them. Do not freeze bakery items with just a bag, they become soft and shelf life deteriotes. Hope I helped you out. Enjoy! xo

Had several orders for muffins. All wholesome, organic, fresh fruit, gluten free flour. Did you know, when you eat processed flour, it blows your interstinal tract up, like a balloon and causes severe abdominal pain? Gluten Free: Only means, NO Wheat, Fillers.
After you eat something that is Gluten Free, you should have no bloating and pain. Actually you should feel pretty light! Abdominals become "flat" when you eat the "Right" foods and exercise, staying
away from "Sugar". Fruit is a "natural sugar" why would you have to add anything else. More Later...xo
