Deposit, Shipping & Care:

Each set is made to order so that the quality is not compromised. When ordering please take into consideration time for baking (5-7 days) as well as a shipping time frame (3-5 business days)
If orders are greater than 3 dozen, please allow me 3-4 weeks. I do also work a full-time job so please keep that in mind!

SHIPPING: I use UPS priority mail and a delivery date is not written in stone. If you require expedited shipping it can be provided at an additional cost. Shipping is a minimum of $18. Once I ship them, you will receive a tracking number.

DEPOSITS: When booking, a 50% down deposit is required. The rest will be due the day you pick up the cookies. If shipping, the whole amount will be due when booking.

CARE: Cookies are fragile, I ensure each cookie is packed with care. Cookies are individually wrapped in clear cello bags then bubble wrapped for added protection. However, I cannot protect cookies from the carrier's mistakes. Any cookies that are damaged and or lost are out of my hands and therefore I ask that you speak with the carrier directly. I am unfortunately not responsible for UPS error. Please note that no refunds will be given for packages that are not delivered on time. Thank you.
