Hi everyone.
I have a correction to make on the empanadas.
They are with Yukon & sweet potato not rice. So sorry for the confusion.

Good Morning Everyone. It’s Labor Day holiday week. Amazing.
This weeks specials are:

Empanadas: Roasted pork butt Portuguese style w/ pimenta muida ( pureed hot peppers) red wine garlic and other spices, sautéed cabbage, corn & rice.
Vegetarian: Sautéed cabbage, corn, rice, pimenta muida, garlic & other spices.

Quiche: Chef’s choice
