So… I have been away a while. A long while. I started out in Brisbin, PA, moved to Altoona, PA & have finally settled in Greensburg, PA & I am SO READY to get back in the kitchen! And because I always try to be kind, I offered someone to make cupcakes for her son’s graduation party. She just never answered me, so I took her not answering as a no. No sweat off my back. 😁

But that little setback didn’t stop me from getting back in the kitchen. I am starting to gather my baking supplies & have begun ordering more. Imported chocolate from France, cinnamon imported from an organic fair trade co-op farm in Zanzibar, a gallon of homemade 3 year old Madagascar vanilla, a 2 year old gallon of homemade Tahitian vanilla, that I personally traveled to Tahiti for, and finally Irish butter made from organic grass fed cow’s milk. Imported extracts from France, Italy & more.

My cupcakes - this time, will simply be to-die-for & I invite you all to sample one soon!!!

I will be back in the cupcake business in the next few weeks!!! SO excited!!!

Cupcakes for Dylan Ludwig's Bone Marrow Drive. Hopefully these can help raise a few dollars for the cause!

Strawberry Lemonade
Lemon infused cupcakes filled with strawberry gelée and topped with vanilla bean swiss buttercream in a pink/yellow swirl. Complete with a fun paper straw.

Orange Creamcicle
A perfect combination of vanilla crème and sweet ripened naval oranges. Topped and filled with vanilla bean swiss buttercream and garnished with an orange candy slice.

It's been such spooky good fun over here - our own Halloween Moose Munch, Pumpkin Cupcakes with Salted Caramel swiss but...

It's been such spooky good fun over here - our own Halloween Moose Munch, Pumpkin Cupcakes with Salted Caramel swiss buttercream. Some devilishly good cupcakes were topped with a severed finger & 'blood' drizzle, some were topped with orange & black sprinkles & the lucky ones had additional garnishment, sprinkled with chopped moose munch.
