Well, I officially did my first cake order today!! I definitely learned a few things, and will only do better as time goes on. I'm sure many of you remember how flat my cookies used to be, and now they're super thick! My cakes will only get better in decorating as time goes on! Its late, but here they are! Cookie sandwiches! Currently I have a PB&J cookie and a Smores cookie! The PB&J cookie sandwich is a peanut butter cookie with an all natural strawberry buttercream no dyes included! I can do different flavors as well! The smores cookie sandwich is a graham cracker cookie with a marshmallow and chocolate frosting mixed together! I'm excited to add these to the menu and can't wait to make more of different ones!
