Bake My Day LLC We are a cozy cottage bakery specializing in small-batch, handcrafted baked goods made with love and quality ingredients. Hi! I'm Mark Harris. I was hooked.

From rustic breads to buttery pastries to decadent cookies, every item is baked fresh in our home kitchen and delivered with care. Here is my sourdough story. It began as a form of stress release and quickly became a quiet obsession. Years ago, I tried baking my first sourdough. It was dense, lopsided, and wildly tangy — but something about it felt alive. What started as weekend experiments turned into Saturday-morning rituals, late-night note-taking, and a growing fascination with fermentation, crust, and crumb. I fell in love with the rhythm of it all: the way flour and water could transform with time and care. I started gifting loaves to neighbors and coworkers, trading tips with fellow bakers, and chasing the perfect balance of chew and tang. Eventually, my kitchen overflowed with tubs of sourdough starter, proofing baskets, Dutch ovens, Spurtles, and 50-pound bags of flour. It’s not just about bread — it’s about warmth, connection, and the joy of sharing something real.

Good evening! I have decided to reserve a spot at the Tuckahoe Steam and Gas Show in Easton, in a couple weeks. It will be October 31st and November 1st, from 10-5.
I would love to have Caroline County travel to Easton to visit me! I’ve been brainstorming, and between my wife, daughter, and myself, we have come up with some new product ideas for the Halloween season!

Good evening Caroline county! I have a couple announcements.
First, for those that follow me, you know I will not be at Bullock’s Deli Saturday. I have also made the decision that I will no longer be selling from Bullock’s Deli.
Thank you to the Bullock family for the past several months. It has been enjoyable to meet some of the Caroline county community that I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to meet otherwise.
Having said that, since I will not be at Bullock’s, I have received a considerable amount of orders. I have prepared several today, and have some extra for anyone interested.
