So I haven't posted in awhile. I've been baking but not at the same pace I had been. It's been time to stop and smell the roses, so to speak.

But, I thought I'd post these pictures of this new brownie cake that I shared with friends. It needed some tweaking, but I think I've got it now. After Eight Cake - two brownie layers filled with a mint buttercream and topped with a ganache type sauce. A new favorite perhaps?
