Bessie's Table Bessie's Table Bessie's Table is named after my beloved Grandmother who raised me and taught me how to cook. Well cooking it is! I hope to do Bessie proud.

An elderly friend once told me, " You should do what you love and are passionate about and figure out how to make money doing it." I do dinner parties, baked goods and meals delivered. Please let me know if I can be of any service to you or your friends.

Sometimes a southern girl wants some real deal fried chicken. Well I made it today and it was Fantastic! Pics are some of the reason for that- cut up a whole chicken, brine it, season it generously, air dry in frig, use your grandmother’s cast iron skillet- results is a great fried chicken.
