We will be CLOSED again today Friday 5/15. One more day is all we need, y’all.

These three days of closures have been frustrating, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience. We promise it’ll be worth the wait!!

Our team will be putting the pieces back together today and prepping fresh ingredients for your enjoyment, getting ready for one of the most exciting weekends in Sage Mule history! We feel like a brand new restaurant, we can’t wait for you to see!

It’s back!🎉Now that our new menu has settled in we wanted to thank and celebrate our guests who gave it a try these past few weeks, by serving up shrimp and grits! Only for today though! Stop by if you’re willing to try! 🍤

Top of the Morning Greensboro! We are keeping it simple this time around and going with the “float” 🥓🍓🍁

This weekend only we have a Maple Bacon Cinny Bun, Blueberry Coffee Cake, Orange Matcha Cookies, and a Lavendar Lemon Scone! Sounds good right? Grab ‘em before they’re gone!🍊🍋🫐

To pair with these lovely pastries our baristas are serving up what they call a Strawberry Cloud! Made with a shot of espresso, earl grey syrup, and cocoa bitters poured over ice and topped with a strawberry Baileys foam 🍓

Lovely day to get your weekend brunchin’ on, Greensboro! (Yep that means we’re open Easter Sunday!) Here’s what we got this time around💚💙

Start your meal off right with deviled eggs! You know ‘em, you love ‘em, and this weekend only- we’ve got ‘em! Served on a bed of arugula w/ wonton crisps, topped with bacon 🥓

Next up we’re serving a classic turkey sandwich made with a blackberry jalapeño jam, brie, and arugula. Served with a side of house chips 🥪

Annnd since we’re breaking out the classics, we figured we’d add a smoked salmon benedict to the picture! Made with smoked salmon, english muffin, hollandaise sauce, two poached eggs, and sautéed spinach 🎣

Our pastry specials this weekend include a carrot cake cinnamon bun, lemon white chocolate blondie, and funfetti cookies! 🥕🍋🍪

And to pair with this lovely menu our bartenders are serving up a special blueberry Tom Collins this weekend!🫐

We’ve got great news for y’all this fine Wednesday morning!! Starting tomorrow we are no longer a restaurant and will become a night club with new hours! We will be open 8pm-2am every day! We will no longer be serving breakfast or coffee and instead will be serving classic cocktails. To celebrate we are running a $3 margarita special!! Only 21+ will be allowed in

Our Bar Wizards have done it again!! We’ve got a whole new menu for y’all to obsess over!💚💙

First things first: Coffee!! ☕️ Here’s our special spring coffee this year 🍍🥭🪻

Hummingbird Cold Brew, made with hummingbird cake syrup and topped with a coconut cold foam

Mango Blossom, a quad shot, condensed milk, mango puree, and lavender syrup shaken and poured over ice 🥭

And finally, a Mother Earth Latte made with a vanilla sencha spice syrup 🌎

Our new mimosa menu will ensure a refreshing and bubbly springtime! 🌿🥒🍋‍🟩Here’s what we got:

Palomosa, which is exactly how it sounds! A paloma and mimosa combined to create a gamechanger of a beverage🍋‍🟩

Raspberry Spritz is the sweet, and deliciously tart mimosa you’ve been dreaming about. Ain’t it nice to see your dreams come true? 🍋

And to top it all off we added a Hugo Twist! The twist is the added lemon cucumber flavor 🥒

Last but not least our spring cocktails! We got a little extra creative this time around 🍚🍯🍌

The Mango Sticky Rice cocktail tastes just like how it sounds! Topped with pandan coconut jelly and lime zest, it’s the drink that keeps on giving! 🥭🍚

Banana Carajillo made with our house made banana milk is the perfect addition to the beautiful spring mornings to come! 🍌

You can’t go wrong with a Bees Knees and our is made just right with lavender 🪻

For all the pickle heads out there we are now serving Spicy Pickle Margaritas this spring! Garnished with a pickle because you can never have too much pickle 🌶️
