What an epic start to our new life in Princeton! We have seen beautiful autumn colors and our first big snow, lots of fantastic concerts, a couple of trips into NYC, and most important, true quality time with our two daughters.
With no holiday markets to prepare for this year, I was finally able to send out Christmas cards for the first time in ages! We are settling in, and it feels nice.
But I couldn’t let the year end without saying again how grateful I am for all of the people I met on my granola journey! I miss the rhythm of Saturday mornings at , chatting with fellow vendors and my customers, many of whom became friends. I miss those crazy hard but fun holiday markets, and I miss watching people sample my granola. I miss the incredibly rewarding satisfaction of making something with my own hands that people enjoyed, something that nourished.
But, of course, during those 10 years, my Granolicious years, I missed my kids.
Now, I’m heading into 2026 settling into a new phase of life, enjoying the chance to live life together with my daughters and not just visit them. It’s pretty special.❤️
Wishing you all the very best for the coming year!
