Granolicious

Granolicious GranoIa. Not the cereal aisle, grocery store stuff. I make small-batch homemade granola using organic oats. Quality matters. You can taste the difference!

Welcome to Granolicious! I make small-batch homemade granola using organic rolled oats from Alamance County’s historic Lindley Mills. Quality matters to me so I use as many organic ingredients as I can and I search out suppliers who pay attention to details. I think you build quality one ingredient at a time and I truly believe you can taste the difference. When my kids were in grade school (many

moons ago), I often baked granola and gave it to their teachers as Christmas and end-of-the-year gifts. So, granola and I go way back. But the idea to create my own recipes and brand, Granolicious, really began to take root in 2012. After some serious family health problems, I found myself taking comfort comfort in the warmth of my kitchen. The more I chopped, measured and stirred, the better I felt. As time marched on, I started churning out ideas faster than I could bake. I learned to experiment with flavors, trust my instincts and make granola that I’m proud to offer. And, call me crazy, but the aroma of a cooling batch of homemade granola just kind of feels like a cheerful greeting, like an edible “Good morning, Friend!”

So, good morning, friend, and thanks for stopping by! Flavors:
Orange Pecan
Mocha Chip
Gingerbread
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip
Original

What an epic start to our new life in Princeton! We have seen beautiful autumn colors and our first big snow, lots of fantastic concerts, a couple of trips into NYC, and most important, true quality time with our two daughters.

With no holiday markets to prepare for this year, I was finally able to send out Christmas cards for the first time in ages! We are settling in, and it feels nice.

But I couldn’t let the year end without saying again how grateful I am for all of the people I met on my granola journey! I miss the rhythm of Saturday mornings at , chatting with fellow vendors and my customers, many of whom became friends. I miss those crazy hard but fun holiday markets, and I miss watching people sample my granola. I miss the incredibly rewarding satisfaction of making something with my own hands that people enjoyed, something that nourished.

But, of course, during those 10 years, my Granolicious years, I missed my kids.

Now, I’m heading into 2026 settling into a new phase of life, enjoying the chance to live life together with my daughters and not just visit them. It’s pretty special.❤️

Wishing you all the very best for the coming year!

I am feeling all the feels this morning. ❤️

This market has been such a special part of my life. I have made so many friends here - fellow vendors who work so hard and are so friendly and the many customers who have become dear, dear friends!

This place is priceless and I’m so grateful to have shared this season of my life here with you!

Ok, and now back to today’s regular message - come get all the peak season summer produce! It’s so beautiful, fresh, and tasty. Many no-cook meals start right here!

We are open until noon and hope to see your bright, shiny smile this morning!

Ok, folks, it looks like this Saturday, July 26, will be my last day (sniff, sniff). I baked my last batch yesterday.

I am planning to bring lots of extra bags in case you want to stock your freezers. These final bags will be sold first come, first served, so feel free to message me if you know what you want. I will have your order ready to pick up at my booth.

Can’t make it Saturday? Message me anyway and we can work out other arrangements.

See you Saturday (8 am to noon)!

Big news alert: My husband and I are moving to Princeton, NJ!

We recently rented a house in Princeton for 6 months to be closer to our two daughters, and we LOVED it! What we thought would take months to find just the right home up there took only two weeks! We don’t have a firm move date, but likely sometime this this fall.

So, what does this mean for Granolicious?

Right now, I am baking my way through my current supplies and will officially hang up my apron when I sell out. I will continue my booth at through July, and then decide week-to-week after that.

In case you want to stock up with your favorites, know that Granolicious freezes well. (If you will be placing a big order, just DM me so I can plan ahead and you can pick it up at the market. For Burlington locals, we can work out pick-up arrangements as needed.)

I don’t think I’m exaggerating when I say that Granolicious has changed my life. When I started this business 10 years ago, I was 50 years old, had no food industry experience, had never worked for myself, and quite frankly, wasn’t sure I could pull this idea off. But I took one step at a time and, well, just figured things out. (Life lesson, right?) Honestly, and I don’t say this lightly or boastfully, I am so proud of myself. I wish I could adequately convey to you how deeply satisfying it is to prepare this granola with my own two hands, using recipes I thought up in my own head, and tweaked and tested in my own kitchen. Knowing that my granola ends up on your table and is served or gifted to people you love is such an honor.

I want to thank my behind-the-scenes heroes: My dear friend Amy who is my holiday market partner-in-crime and an absolute joy to be around! My niece Melissa who made deliveries for me while we were in Princeton and is a huge help during busy holiday seasons. And my hubby, Bob, .bearden.228 who has the patience of a saint as I routinely TOOK OVER the kitchen on baking days. Thanks, team!

And, finally, thank YOU for showing up and being part of my adventure! I will hold your friendship in my heart as I start this new adventure!

See you Saturday!

Eat the rainbow, they say. I am struck by how many farms here are displaying rainbows of locally grown veggies in their booths. It’s beautiful to see and delicious to eat!

Of course, summer is peak season for blueberries, watermelon, peaches and cantaloupe, too. It’s my favorite time of year to eat granola - on top of yogurt that’s loaded with fresh berries and peaches. My favorite combo right now is gingerbread granola and fresh blueberries. Mmmm!

We are open until noon. We’d love to see you!

Enjoy your July 4th holiday! I’ll see you back at July 12!

Happy Market day!!

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I just have to say today’s produce looks amazing! These farmers take such care with their crops. They diligently work the soil to create a healthy, nutrient-rich foundation for everything they grow. They care deeply, and you taste that with every bite! And since the produce isn’t traveling across the country to land in a grocery store, you get the benefit of maximum shelf life. A win, for sure!

I can relate with my granola. You can’t make quality granola without starting with quality ingredients. I use natural flavors, never artificial. I think you can taste the difference with every bite. Today I have best-selling orange pecan, lemon berry, original, gingerbread and, due to the heat, limited bags of mocha chip and peanut butter chocolate chip.

Heads up: I will NOT be at the market next Saturday. Have a happy July 4th long weekend!!

Good morning! What a treat to be back at !

As always, the produce these farms grow is absolutely beautiful, and it’s going to take all my willpower not to buy everything in sight! Treat yourself to late season strawberries (I am right by them and the smell is amazing!) All the veggies are begging for a quick stir fry, add meat from the market or not. And the crafts/makers vendors add so much variety!

We are open until noon and would love to be part of your Saturday morning!

I’m back! And so excited to see all of my market friends at THIS SATURDAY! (6/21)

I’m not sure where my booth will be, but come find me so we can catch up! I hope to have all flavors, though limited bags of mocha chip and peanut butter chocolate chip because of the heat.

I can hardly wait to see you!

I sure do miss my peeps at but I’ve found an amazing farmers market up here in Princeton to tide me over until I get back in June!

The vendor in me gives a big tip of the hat to all these vendors up here, setting up outside in the cold and bringing their delicious goods to the market. Hearty folks! And I’ve met the friendliest fellow granola vendor - Rochelle with . We’ve been having fun swapping granola stories! And all of her granolas are so crunchy and amazing!
