These decadent brownies were made just to make someone smile and are filled with dark chocolate chunks, dried bananas, & salty cashews for a fun chunky monkey brownie. It's so fun to have the opportunity to bring a little magic to someone's day...ps these are great with ice cream.

Sometimes things don't come out super attractive; but that never stops them from being delicious! This espresso chocolate cookie brittle is absolutely fantastic and 100% vegan; made with vegan chocolate shortbread crumbles, espresso powder, and caramelized sugar.
