I had to share these super cute cookie sets I made for my family this year! A gnome holiday set, with a forest friend! Gnomes have a special place in my heart with my Danish heritage. Danes call them Nisse and they are the tricksters of the forest. They also come and decorate your tree in the night to bring Christmas cheer! We hang handmade Nisse on our tree to honor this folklore.

Cookies take a very long time to make, and I do offer these in rare occasions for now (at least until I can become more comfortable with this art form!). If you have a specific occasion, please send me a message and I may be able to accommodate cookies for you if my schedule permits!

I think this face says it all! Brookie specifically loves the waterhorse from Frozen 2, Nokk. Mama thought it would be cool as a unicorn cake. Saturday, I had the pleasure of creating a cupcake spread for my brother and sister-in-law’s wedding celebration. I went with a boho theme for the piping and cake topper, with stenciling and gold leaf on the cake. I think I hit the mark!

I had the privilege of being extra creative with this recent birthday celebration. The request was for a Mickey Mouse themed cake, but I know that Cal loves Hamilton the musical.
