Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a personal update with you all. Due to health reasons, I’ve recently learned that I can no longer be exposed to gluten. Because of this, I’m taking time to reassess and reimagine what the future of this bakery can look like.
The good news: I’m feeling genuinely excited about what’s ahead. I’m actively exploring the idea of transitioning to a fully gluten-free bakery and have already started testing recipes and learning what that future could look like. It’s a new chapter, but one that feels full of possibility.
