I honestly don’t have the words to express how thankful I am for all of you. The calls, texts, prayers, and kind words have meant everything.

When you hear the word “cancer” and it involves a parent, your whole world stops. I went into panic mode—but I’m so grateful for the friends who showed up with love, wisdom, and just a listening ear when I needed it most.

Remember when eggs were just a humble breakfast staple? Now they’re basically a luxury item. At this point, I might start wrapping them in gold foil just to match their new price tag.

Between rising costs and unpredictable prices, small businesses—especially those in the food industry—are feeling it too. Every ingredient adds up, and while we do our best to keep things affordable, the reality is that inflation impacts everyone.

So, here’s a little love to all the bakers, chefs, and food businesses navigating these wild grocery store prices. And to the rest of us just trying to make an omelet without breaking the bank—stay strong!
