The face behind the flour... 🍝✨

Hi everyone! I’ve seen some new faces around here lately, so I wanted to introduce myself. I’m the heart (and the hands!) behind this little cottage business.

My days are usually a mix of flour-dusted counters, rolling out fresh dough, and perfecting the art of my heritage’s cuisine. I’m a firm believer that the best food is made slowly, with simple ingredients and a lot of heart. When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m a proud fire wife and mom to two amazing girls who keep me on my toes!

I moved our family to this community just over a year ago, and the support for my artisanal pasta has been incredible. Whether you’ve picked up a bag at Wildflower & Company or said hello at a local market, thank you for making this dream possible.
