Yep, it’s definitely summer out there. Our featured cookie this month is the unpronounceable Shoggi Trophen. They aren’t as scary as they sound, being a crisp chocolate cracker smeared with more chocolate and topped with homemade candied orange peel sprinkles. Get them before they melt!

Did we just go from winter straight into summer, followers? Well, let’s celebrate with some Coquito cookies. They are a spiced sugar cookie with coconut topped with a rum and cocoa glaze. Don’t eat them all at once; they will get you a little tipsy. We do have an alcohol free version available if you prefer.
