If you’ve been looking for gluten-free and dairy-free treats that don’t feel like you’re missing out, you’re going to want to check out Let It Bake at Market After the Market!

🍪 Specializing in gluten-free and dairy-free sourdough, cookies, and a variety of other baked goodies, Let It Bake has built a loyal following for creating treats that are both allergy-friendly and delicious.

🏪 They also have a storefront located at 114 S. Broadway, making it easy to stop in and grab your favorites throughout the week.

We’ll be lucky enough to have them bringing a selection of their baked goods to State Street throughout the season, so be sure to stop by their booth and show them some love!

Loom & Lore is a romance-only(ish) bookmobile with a little something for everyone. From romantasy and dark romance to cozy reads and bookish goodies, this mobile bookstore is basically a dream for book lovers.

I’ll be hanging out at free bingo at State St. Pub tonight and I’m packing HEAVY on the cookies 🍪😉

Tonight’s lineup includes:
• Pizza crust
• Focaccia
• Chocolate chip cookies
• Lemon blueberry cookies
• Toffee cookies
• Oatmeal raisin cookies
• A couple traditional sourdough loaves
• Bagels UPDATE.. sold out.

Water Salt Flour Folk Tonight’s the night 🍞✨

I’ll be hanging out at Happy Hour Green Bay tonight with a small but mighty lineup from Water Salt Flour!

Planned goodies include:
🍪 Cookies

🍞 A few sourdough loaves

And I’m currently in a race against time trying to get bagels done too… depending on how quickly my little proofing room decides to cooperate today. 😅🥯

Another Beginner Sourdough Class at Happy Hour is officially complete and this group did amazing. Everyone went home with a loaf ready to bake, an active starter, tools, and the confidence to start their sourdough journey at home. 💙

Advanced sourdough class today was such a good one. 🫶
There’s something so fun about getting a room full of people together to talk fermentation, inclusions, shaping, and all the little sourdough details that make each loaf unique.

Tomorrow’s Beginner Sourdough Class still has a few spots open if you’ve been wanting to learn from scratch and finally start your sourdough journey. ✨

And if tomorrow doesn’t work for you, check out the Events tab on my page for all upcoming Water Salt Flour classes — more Beginner classes are already on the calendar! 🍞I will be adding another Advanced one in the fall.

Also… I may or may not be considering a sourdough pasta class in the future. 👀
Have I ever made sourdough pasta before? No.
Will I possibly still teach it anyway? Honestly… maybe. 😂
