I was going to wait until tomorrow to post about this but I’m too excited and need to share now

A lovely regular asked me to try these a while ago and I just haven’t had time. Truth be told, I prepped this dough and it safely and patiently waited for a few days 🤪

Brown sugar cinnamon pastries will be a new offering.

I have a taste tester who’s going to give me their opinion, and I’ll be pricing these out while he does that!

Happy Wednesday - stock update below!

It’s farmers market night but also…rain. Tis the season for it in WI 😒

As of right now, we have:

Sourdough (plain, cherry pie, garlic cheddar)
Cookies (chocolate chip, strawberry rhubarb, oatmeal raisin, sugar)
Mini glazed donuts
Chocolate chip muffins

And have:
More bread
Cinnamon rolls

In the queue for today, and hopefully a few more things!

Happy Sunday!

Summer is about the only few weeks a year I enjoy being in WI, so Mondays will be spent doing outside things and prepping for the weeks ahead! I’ll start sharing soon where to find us throughout the week besides the shop.

We’re working on a surprise for the kiddos today and will be outside and offline for most of it 🥰 Enjoy this beautiful day!

I need input… I was talking about my trip to TN today and I remembered a coffee shop that I stopped in. You picked your “base” and added syrup flavors, cream and toppings when you ordered.

So…along with the “bippidi bubblies”, I thought about adding iced coffee and cold brew to the menu. Same concept - pick your syrups, cream, toppings and off you go!

Do we add this for summer? Help a girl decide!

Look how cozy we are for our first movie night at the bakery!

Each child got a bag of popcorn, drink, and 8” gluten free sourdough pizza 🤤

We watched Hoppers, laughed, made a mess and had FUN!
