I hate being like this but Iām hard on myself and Iām having a pity party for like 10 minutes
If you havenāt heard my speech about placing orders⦠my business model operates on orders. I bake to order. Did you place an order? No? Then itāll probably be bakery roulette. I take orders! I have a website where you can easily order - let-it-bake.square.site
I make posts asking what my customers want to see stocked regularly. Those posts get significantly less interaction than anything else I post.
So, because EVERYTHING I make is from scratch, I have short shelf lives and I donāt want to bake and freeze and thaw for you guys to shop. I want you to enjoy FRESH stuff. Real food. Made in a safe kitchen. Made by me. Every time.
I got a 1 star review the other day from someone who said they were here multiple times and that I never have anything. Now, I will own my short comings and I try to post every time that I am extremely low on stock in the storeā¦and recommend you order. This name isnāt familiar to me, so I donāt think theyāve ordered, and I would like to think that if they did order, they would understand the limited stock.
Guys. I have been here for almost a year. Iām 1 person trying to BUILD a business. I cannot be like your big name bakeries. I donāt have a big enough base yet to stock like crazy. People are still finding me (yay!). But this means I canāt make, make, make - because itāll go to waste. I simply canāt afford waste.
Soā¦can you consider placing an order if time allows? Or, when you come in and are looking for something and itās out of stock - tell me! Iām here all the time. TELL ME what you want to see, what you want me to try, etc etc.
Anyways, hereās todayās stock. Iām working on bread, cinnamon rolls and hamburger buns this AM.
