Sticky dough slowing you down? Let's fix it.

Your dough should feel tacky—not overly wet or sticking to everything. If it is, you might be using too much water, not kneading enough, or letting it overproof.

A couple quick fixes: add a little flour at a time until it’s easier to handle, or give it a proper knead (8–10 minutes by hand or 5–7 with a dough hook).
