So - with last year being a horrible time for starting a business/ doing farmer's markets / leaving the house in general...

So - with last year being a horrible time for starting a business/ doing farmer's markets / leaving the house in general ... I have had to switch gears on my baking plans.

But the good news is I am back to doing some baking. Just in a smaller capacity. I make 2 loaves per day/every other day.

I'm going to try to do this as a small scale subscription. If you would like one loaf, it's still $8. However, if you would like to sign up for one loaf per week, every other week, once a month ... then the cost will be $6/loaf. Please send a message for details on the subscription plan.

Otherwise, if you would just like to sign up for 1-2 loaves (no subscription) - you can add your name to the calendar below, simply send a calendar invite to [email protected].

Sourdough is a great bread for health. With a lower glycemic index, it is the recommended type for diabetics and those watching their weight.

Being that it is a more traditional form of baking - without the preservatives and extras - I find that this bread is at its best when cooked: warmed up in the mic, toasted, french toast, used as your base for a garlic bread
