Good morning everyone!! Long post ahead so bear with me😆

It is with great sadness that I have decided, effective immediately, not to take anymore orders at least until the end of summer but may be longer.

Here’s 3 things that are taking up a lot of my time:

1. We have recently decided to homeschool! We have one daughter that would be starting 1st grade at home and 1 daughter that would be starting 4K, and our youngest is only 1, so I have my hands full!
2. We just got a new puppy! Her name is Nala, and she’s the sweetest thing that needs lots of patience and training!
3. As you all know, the prices of ingredients have skyrocketed. That being said, it’s not making sense with all I have going on, to be making very very little profit. (Just a reminder to ALL, when you’re buying any sort of cake or cupcakes and you think is expensive? Don’t forget that it took SEVERAL hours to decorate it on top of all the prices of materials..it’s not uncommon to spend $40 upfront on materials. An example, if I charged $72 for 24 cupcakes, that’s $3/cupcake. $40 for supplies (cupcake boxes, specialty sprinkles that yes cost $15 a piece, cake supplies, eggs, butter, etc), I’d be making $32 for 2-4 hours of decorating? It just doesn’t make sense. And hearing cheap people’s comments about price has honestly been frustrating.)

I absolutely have had many really AWESOME customers and I’m so grateful and thankful for them! Thank you for those who never questioned price once it was given, who loved my work, who were genuinely thankful for what you ordered !
