What's on the menu post market you ask? Delicious pizza, featuring my sourdough discard organic kamut crust. We have pizza two ways! First, a triple cheese on slow simmered marinara sauce, perfect for pizza or spaghetti! The second, and my personal fave, featuring a homemade black garlic paste (hence the dark color) with home cured and smoked bacon, thanks to Central Meats, sweet onions straight from that garden that have caramelizedin the the bacon fat, mixed with silky smooth cream cheese, topped with melty mozzarella, a sprinkling of Parmesan, topped with a dusting of Italian seasoning, and finished with a drizzle of organic raw honey. I have 3 packs of 4 Kamut Sourdough chocolate bagels, 1 pack of 4 Kamut Sourdough triple cheddar, 1 pack of 4 Kamut Sourdough blueberry bagels - $13 per 4 pack and 3 Sourdough Discard Kamut Cranberry-Orange Scones for $6 each. While I was debating returning to the Market this Saturday, I am definitely going to be there! I am currently getting ready to put some of my Cranberry-Orange Scones in the oven, and I will be bringing them along too (here's a little before pic)! While everyone is doing pumpkin spice, and apple pie (there will be some of that too, trust me), I feel a highly underrated combo is cranberry and orange. For me, it reminds me of Christmas (too soon?). I get those warm, fuzzy, family feelings! What flavors make you think of the holidays or gets you ready for fall? #ᴍᴀᴅᴇᴡɪᴛʜʟᴏᴠᴇ
