Simple Scoop Co. Bringing fresh and delicious foods to a diaspora of people and palates. As a dad, I simply wanted to make the best cookies for my kids.

We are a cookie family; we have bought tons of cookies for our kids out of the store and it wasn’t until I began to look at the ingredients in the cookies that I wondered what were we feeding our kids. As a food enthusiast and chef at heart, I decided to take on the mission to make cookies for our family with ingredients we could say and taste. After several years of trying to make the best cookie

s and using my family and friends as "testers", I found healthier recipes for cookies that my family enjoys and I am sure you and yours will too.

Our Story

As a family, we desire a balance not only in life, but in food as well. We initially created Simple Scoop Cookies because there wasn’t a company that we knew of that was taking the time make all natural cookies that tasted good. People loved our cookies and wanted more. We continued to get the question about other food items outside of cookies or desserts. We never considered expanding our brand until we received so many requests for a food option to meet the same quality of our cookies and desserts. This is how Simple Scoop Fresh came to be, which became the birth place of our corporate and personal catering. As our name began to grow and more people began to enjoy our food, the word began to spread. With a exposure exposure, along with divine intervention, we opened our first cafe (Cafe 1040). After our last iteration, we decided to merge our brand to Simple Scoop Co. This name speaks to everything we have been through and our amazing future. This has been an amazing journey and we aren’t done yet!

Our goals haven’t changed; they are still to make food that we would feed our kids and to be able to feed those that are less fortunate through a variety of programs and organizations; while providing some of the most fresh and all natural food possible. Just like when we began this journey, we still take our time to make sure that each recipe is of the highest standard in taste and quality.

As seasons change and our creative juices continue to flow, our menu will change and our professional reach will continue expand. We will add different ingredients and continue to show why we are a step ahead and above the rest. We still have more to come..... Stay tuned for our next step in our journey.
