Q: What baked goods do you sell?
A: Although my baking skills are still developing, I'd love to work with you to create the best sweet treat for your special occasion! Whether you need cookies, cake, cupcakes, you name it! I love trying new things and growing as a baker!!
Q: How much are your cookie kits and what do they include?
A: A regular size cookie kit is $25 and includes:
🍪 12 cookies (4 different shapes), 3 bags of frosting, 3 small cups of sprinkles, and an instruction card.
A Family size cookie kit is $40 and includes:
🍪 24 cookies ( 6 different shapes), 4 bags of frosting, 4 small cups of sprinkles, and an instruction card.
Q: Do you pick the cookie shapes and colors of frosting or does the customer get to choose?
A: I will offer certain year-round themes that I'm flexible with, where you can pick shapes and colors! Or you can leave it up to me to surprise you! Holiday/seasonal kits will be set shapes and colors
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: At this time, I accept PayPal and Venmo. I also require payment at the time of order! www.paypal.me/rochellekreft
Q: Can you ship your products?
A: According to the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD), the department in which I, as a home baker, abide the laws of, does not allow me to ship my food products. I do, however, offer pickup times at my home!
Q: Do you make any trademarked cookies, such as Disney characters, logos, etc.?
A: Without the permission of the creator of that trademarked character/logo/etc, I cannot legally make or offer that cookie/shape. However, you as the customer, and I can work together to create a fun alternative!!!
Q: How far in advance should I place an order?
A: I ask that orders are placed a week in advance! I've provided pickup times in the About section of my page, as well as the number to call or text to place an order 📞
