Welcome to Memory Bakery &Pastry Shop! Our family-owned and operated scratch bakery has been in business nearly Two Dacede.Our origin started from Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are the Pioneer among the others who are in Bakery Business, served and still serving with pride , honor and dignity. We started as a Home Made bakery in TEXAS in the year 2013. But before that we are making cakes and serving them to our friend and family members in every occasion.

Memory Bakery is known as the "Home of the Butter Cram" and a whole lot more. We are not yet a full service bakery — but trying to providing you with everything from simple Éclair to a lavish,wedding cake which made out of pure Swiss Marring Butter Cream Only.

At Memory Bakery, Everything is Made at Home at a very Neat and Clean HygienicInternment with the Supervision of Julian Rozario and Liza Rozario. Julian Rozario is ServeSafe Certified which means he knows and follows the ANSI (American National Standard Institute)and NRA (National Restaurant Association) rules and regulations. we handcraft our baked goods on site in small batches. For us, quality is far more important than quantity.
By baking in small amounts, we are able to assure you that our products are the best and we take extreme pride in what we make. Every day at Memory Bakery, you’ll find a fresh selection of “baked goods” that is constantly changing. Our menu will give you an idea of the different items we make.
All items we make are available for advance order and we do our best to accommodate all requests. Most orders can be filled with a 48 hour minimum notice, but we appreciate as much notice as possible especially during the holidays.
