Happy Valentines Day!!! Once again, I have to thank you all for your support. I didn't even have to advertise my heart shaped cakes this year because I had enough requests for them that I wouldn't be able to make any more if I had to. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

This is one that I probably enjoy making the most. The whip is somewhat of a challenge because of the amount of Guinness that I put in it so it's tricky to get it to hold it's form form but mission accomplished and hand delivered yesterday morning 😋
What we have here is a Baileys Cheesecake covered in a chocolate ganache, smothered with a Guinness cream frosting, bordered with a Guinness whip, topped with crumbled chocolate covered espresso beans with a chocolate drizzle. All nestled on top of a chocolate cookie crust.

What we have here is a Very Berry Cheesecake Filling (Red Raspberry, Blackberry, Tayberry & Blueberry), a thin top, centered layer of a pomegranate glaze, Topped with a Red Currant Cream and bordered with berries and a light lemon whip. All nestled on top of a lemon cookie crust.

The 1st time I ever tried Pomegranate Cheesecake, I was in love and as I got older, I realized that Cheesecake had so much more to offer and the options of flavors were limitless. I did this one a little different than the original but it did not disappoint 😋
