Our Story
I’m Beverly but most people know me simply as The Pie Lady. My best friend gave me this pie business. One day, the company I was working for (sewing kites) took a downward turn and had to let me go. My friend told me she was tired of making pies and offered to let me step into her shoes. She gave me the use of her commercial kitchen, and I started baking and selling the pies myself. She got another job, met her future husband, got married and moved out of town. The business basically landed in my lap.
I’ve been making and selling pies at the Eugene Saturday Market and the Eugene Holiday Market for over 13 years. The pies are made from scratch, even the crust! No preservatives!
I have 9 different flavors:
Marionberry, Strawberry Rhubarb, Peach, Cherry, Dutch Apple, Blueberry, Pumpkin, Pecan Cream Cheese and Marionberry Cream Cheese.
