Delivered a beach-themed Moana cake today for a soon-to-be 7-year-old’s birthday. 3 layers of funfetti birthday cake and signature vanilla buttercream decorated in beach waves and sand design. Topped with graham cracker crumbs in a path design and adorned with grass and flowers. I hope that the birthday girl will love her cake and have a wonderful birthday.

Delivered this strawberry lovers cake today. 2 layers of vanilla cake and a layer of my strawberry cake made from fresh strawberries. Buttercream is my strawberry buttercream also made with fresh strawberries. Topped with white chocolate ganache drip and fresh strawberries. Hope they have a wonderil celebration!

2 new flavor giant gourmet cookies added to my bakery!!

Funfetti birthday cake cookie is a 5 oz. cookie with funfetti sprinkles and white chocolate chips topped with a white chocolate drizzle and even more sprinkles.

Banana creme pudding cookie is also a 5 os cookie and a delicious take on banana pudding. This cookie has real banana, pieces Nila wafers, white chocolate chips, banana pudding mix and then topped with a glaze and Nila wafer pieces. It is seriously so delicious and such a soft cookie to eat!! If you love banana pudding you won’t be disappointed!

Graduation season was upon us and I was able to make this special cake for a high school graduate. She wanted my chocolate and vanilla cake layers with my signature vanilla buttercream. I then handmade the books, hat, and diploma out of fondant for the sides and top of the cake. All the lettering is handpainted in edible gold. Congratulations to the graduate and I wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors!!

I made this beautiful cake last week for two seperate birthdays! Both customers wanted the same size cake, 6” round, and same flavor cake, but one wanted flowers on top and one didnt. So here you have my 3 layer funfetti cake with my signature vanilla buttercream with added pink buttercream swipes on the side and handpainted edible gold on top with fresh roses. Both are so beautiful and I hope both birthday girls loved their cakes!

Indeed, I also create cookie cakes, including gigantic ones, such as this full-sheet cake size. This particular cookie cake was for a customer who is also a friend of mine, whose husband is hospitalized following a severe accident. She wanted to express gratitude to the ICU team with a sweet treat, and I was happy to assist her. Unfortunately, the cookie cake exceeded the size of my photo box, so I could only capture a standard photograph. It was an impressive and enormous cake. I am sending well wishes to my friend and her family during this challenging time, hoping her husband makes a full recovery soon and returns home to his family.

I delivered this Spider-Man cake today for a special birthday boy who is turning 4 years old. I’ve done his birthday cakes these last three years and I’m so honored to make this little guys birthday cakes each year. This is my funfetti cake with my signature vanilla buttercream in red. Topped with my black buttercream to make the web effect. I then handmade the 4 and the eyes out of fondant then attached melted marshmallow from Spider-Man to the 4 to mimic webbing. I hope he loves his cake!
