Happy October, my Fabulous Fans of Fizzle! OMG it's my absolute favorite time of year!!! The air is cooling down, the apple cider is heating up, and I'm baking cakes! Happy August, my Fabulous Fans of Fizzle!!! Summer is pushing on and parents will be pushing their little ones onto the school bus! I have an old favorite and a new flavor this month. First the classic Cookies 'n Cream. Fluffy vanilla cake packed with chocolate sandwich cookies, frosted with chocolate sandwich cookie buttercream and topped with a little more cookie... because you can never have too much cookie.

My new flavor is a delicious spin on an iconic pie, Banana Cream to be exact. Banana cake is filled with banana cream custard and wrapped with vanilla wafer buttercream! Pictures soon to come!!!
