Easy Summer Side Dish 🥕
Carrots are high in fiber (helps reduce bloating), beta-carotene which converts to vitamin A for your eyes, skin and immune system, and some studies have even suggested that raw carrots can’t help remove excess estrogen from your body!
Combined with avocado oil, apple cider vinegar and , this easy dish packs a super nutrition punch!

Anyhoo on to the recipe…
4 carrots, julienned or shredded
2-3 tbsp avocado oil
2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar (I use organic from
1 tsp salt (I use Redmond Real Salt)
1 tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning
Mix to combine
Chill for at least 30 mins
