Back at it again today! Over 70 tres leches cakes in the cooler making their way to Bill's work! Stay tuned for whats extra up for grabs. I added a new Chocolate flavor this week. Traditional is a vanilla cake, vanilla milk mixture with whipped cream and cherries. The Chocolate has a chocolate cake, chocolate milk mixture, whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.

Local friends! One the the wives from Bill's work makes tamales once a month for the guys to buy for lunch. We partnered up this month and I am making individual Tres Leches cakes to sell alongside. Since I'm at it, I thought I would put them up for grabs for everyone! I don't have a time nailed down, but I am aiming for late afternoon Friday, as I'll be out at Bill's work in the mid morning for them. Let me know if you have any interest and I'll count you in! Tres Leches has always been one of my big sellers, and we love it at home too.
