Did you know sourdough freezes and reheats beautifully?! I throw either a half or whole loaf in the freezer to have on hand for last minute dinner plans. Let thaw at room temp (or in the microwave for 30-60 seconds🤭) and heat in a 400* oven until crispy! You’d never know it was frozen!
