Howdy hungry family! This weekend I had a very intense craving for a summery garden cake so I made this Raspberry Chantilly cake and I’m so excited to try it!

It may not be the level of neatness and perfection I usually aspire my cakes to be, but this was a desperate call from my monkey brain and I wanted to just let it exist in all its informal characteristics

My favorite loaf (that I made 3 times last week) was a Scallion, Honey & homemade Chili Crisp sourdough loaf

Probably my best turnout so far as far as developing a decent crumb, and the flavor is just out of this worlddddd

Is this a sourdough account now? I don’t get much time to bake cakes & cookies right now, but I’m trying to make a new sourdough every weekend if I have time 🥖

This week Doughna put in extra work for Spring Break and made her first chocolate loaf & 2 chili crisp, honey & scallion loaves

I’ll post the scallion loaf once she’s done cooling 🫶🏻
