TIPS: How to cook an Original Ham? What's your secret? Here is ours: remove the netting and bag, cover with tin foil, add a little water to the pan and bake for 20 min per lb. at 325-350 degrees.

It's snowing! This is near seney, lots more snow falling closer to Grand Marais. Maybe up to 5 inches today. This could be the last great hoorah for the season. Load 'em up!

Quick update from the Groomers: they plan on grooming every night until the end. There's still plenty of snow out there!

From Jack 8:19 last night: Me and Arthur are out getting it done. Cooling down .... Hope it continues to drop, need it to get in the 20s

It's snowing and in the lower 30s again! That means the groomers will be able to go out and straighten up the trails again, I hope!

I know its not supposed to last but if they can do the trails and flatten them out they will hold up better thru the next warm up. Then it's supposed to cool down again. Let's hope the weather gurus are right.
