Sweetest Moments Bakery A home-based cottage bakery specializing in traditional and lactation baked goods. Our baked goods are made in the kitchen of our home.

Cottage Food Act

The Cottage Food amendments to the Michigan Food Law allow bakers to sell homemade foods out of their own kitchen directly to consumers as long as the buyer knows the kitchen has not been inspected. The law also requires bakers to provide a list of all of the ingredients in the baked items and to identify any common allergens they may contain. It has not been inspected by the Department of Agriculture. We are glad to list all ingredients and common allergens.
