Tomorrow, ENC Bakery will have one (1) dozen Gourmet Strawberry Cupcakes* for sale. These cupcakes will be vanilla with a strawberry filling, and vanilla bean american buttercream. They will be garnished with fresh strawberries and white chocolate curls. Asking $30 for the dozen. A discount of $.25/cupcake from my usual price for my fanciest cupcakes.

Did you know ENC Home Bakery makes beautiful Chiffon Cakes? Similar to an Angel Food Cake but less dense. These cakes are most commonly vanilla or chocolate, and are great to fill with fruit fillings. 2 half sheets- 80 servings of cake for a Customer Appreciation event this weekend.
