Kate's famous one pot spaghetti :) it's famous only because it's requested multiple times a month and it makes enough we can drop a togo box off to our adult son for him to enjoy. It's so good and almost better the next day, warmed up. Next up, garlic toast!

I didn't take a picture of my tres leches cake before 99% was gone. It was that good. And it was gluten free. So good.

$20 regular, $25 gluten free, $30 gluten and dairy free all in a 9x13 size. $5 more for fresh fruit on top: strawberries, mango, Palisade peach, cherry (supplies limited)

We have 3 types of granola available:

Protein packed $7/lb. - oats, pistachios, almonds, Spanish peanuts, dehydrated cherries, sunflower oil, honey, cinnamon and salt.

High protein $6/lb. - oats, almonds, Spanish peanuts, dehydrated cherries, sunflower oil, honey, cinnamon and salt.

Cinnamon Raisin $5/lb. - oats, raisins, sunflower oil, honey, cinnamon and salt

I apologize for my absence. I'm dealing with some health stuff and that's had me distracted from baking.

I'm in need of raising funds for a trip to Denver for testing. I'll be posting a weekly menu of what I have available. Just comment on what you'd like to see or what you'd want that I've baked :)

For the first time ever, I'm offering a monthly bread club! I've heard of them but I've never participated in one. How much fun would it be to get a different flavor of bread a month?!

Because of that idea, I've decided to start a month bread club made by yours truly! I have 2 options, let me know if you want in!

Option #1 - $25 plus shipping/delivery per month or $250 for all 12 months plus shipping/delivery
One loaf of sandwich bread (Amish White or Honey Whole Wheat)
One loaf of specialty bread, different each month following this schedule:
February: Garlic Ciabatta
March: Roasted Garlic & Rosemary
April: Cinnamon Raisin
May: Kale & Herb Soda Bread
June: Tomato Basil Garlic
July: No Knead Beer Bread
August: Zucchini Parmesan Bread
September: Raisin Walnut
October: No Knead Pumpkin Brioche
November: No Knead Green Chili Cheese
December: Mosaic Focaccia
January: Everything Bagel

Option #2 - $15 plus shipping/delivery per month or $150 for all 12 months plus shipping/delivery
One loaf of specialty bread, different each month following the above schedule.

All will be ready by the 10th of the month. So first one will be available February 10th.

I can make any loaf gluten and/or dairy free as well in the following options:

Option #1 - $40 plus shipping /delivery for 2 loaves or $400 for all 12 months, 1 sandwich bread and 1 specialty bread, same type and schedule as above.

Option #2 - $25 plus shipping/delivery or $250 for all 12 months for 1 specialty loaf with the same schedule as above.

These will be ready by the 15th of each month so the first one will be available February 15th.
