Did you know that VTSU has a state-of-the-art facility and butchery program led by Dr. DeMetris Reed?
How cool is that??!!
I took a deep dive into it and they offer everything from short courses, workshops & certificates to an associates degree in butchery.
There's a really good podcast on YouTube (just type in ag in the 802 episode 3). Super Impressive. 👏👏👏
