I miss so many of you! This month has consisted of so much happiness and sorrow! New beginnings are exciting but missing your familiar faces and it's been so hard dismantling and letting go of this labor of love.

I have been finishing up store orders and will soon begin doing what I love most, baking! In the very near future I will begin filling the cases at Balz Sports Bars, I cannot wait to bake you all happy again very soon!💓

This is a post that I never wanted to make but here we are. This will be the last week that our storefront will be open. To our beloved regulars and customers, we will miss each of you! So many of you have became a part of our daily life and it is so incredibly sad to think of life moving on in another direction. To everyone else, please support small businesses, they do not just say support small, support local lightly, their families, and their livelihood depends on it.

-Gift Certificates... if you have a gift certificate, you are welcome to stop in and use it this week. If you do not see this in time or have the time to come in, after I have some time to settle into my new responsibilities I would be happy to make a special request for you with your gift certificate after June. Please PM me and I will give you my contact information.

-All orders that I have taken will be filled from a commercial kitchen and I will reach out to you so that you have my personal number.

-The positive news is that I have been collaborating with Balz Sports Bars and will have a special menu at multiple locations. I am looking forward to this opportunity continuing to bring high quality from scratch desserts and bierocks to a larger venue here in Grand Island!
